Study on effects of biostimulant compound enzyme glycoside for germination of crop seeds
Improving the germination rate of crop seeds in actual production will have important impacts on the improvements of agricultural production efficiency, crop yield and quality.Compound enzyme glycosides is derived from microbial metabolites, and its preparation process includes fermentation, separation, concentration and other technological steps, and the final product has various biological activities. The seeds of cucumber, peanut, corn and wheat are soaked with different concentration of compound enzyme glycosides. The effects of biostimulant compound enzyme glycoside on seed germination are verified by using seed germination rate of each treatment as evaluation index. The results show that within a certain range of application concentrations, the germination rates of the four seeds are positively correlated with the concentration of compound enzyme glycoside in the soaking solution, and the germination rate of the seeds is significantly improved at the compound enzyme glycoside mass fraction of 0.001%.It is recommended to use this concentration as the soaking concentration in actual production.
