Feasibility analysis of exhaust gas recovery and utilization in the deaerator of sulfuric acid plant
During the operation of the exhaust steam from the deaerator of an 800 kt/a sulfuric acid plant, the failure to achieve recycling results in a decrease in heat utilization rate and resource loss.Through preliminary feasibility analysis,it is determined that secondary desalinated water can be used to cool the exhaust steam and recover heat, and the amount of desalinated water used for cooling is calculated; The process flow and operation control of deaerator exhaust steam recovery are introduced. The analysis of economic benefits and efficiency shows that this plan has significant economic benefits, and can also eliminate the noise pollution caused by exhaust steam and improve the factory environment.
