磷矿粉成球特性与球团制备实验研究

对细磨-造球-焙烧过程中的细磨磷矿粉成球性能、生球质量、球团预热-焙烧及固结特性进行实验研究,采用静态成球性指数评价细粒磷矿粉的成球性能,探究不同磨矿细度、球团粒径和水分条件下磷矿生球质量的变化及预热焙烧参数对焙烧球团质量的影响规律.结果表明,不同磷矿粉细磨后成球性指数K差异显著,提高磨矿细度可增加细磨颗粒的稳定吸附水量,改善成球性能.混合细磨磷矿粉(酸度0.85)在适宜水分条件下制备粒径10~30 mm的磷矿生球,落下强度>4.0次/(0.5 m)、抗压强度>48 N,满足球团生产组织要求.磷矿球团预热强度较低,宜采用静态焙烧工艺,在1 120~1 150℃、9~12 min的焙烧条件下,通过矿物固相粘结后磷矿球团抗压强度可以达到850 N以上,满足黄磷电炉要求.
Experimental research on balling characteristics and preparation for pellets of phosphate rock powder
The balling ability of fine grained phosphate rock powder,green pellet quality and preheating-roasting and bonding characteristics of pellet in the grinding,pelletizing and roasting process are experimental studied.The static balling index is used to evaluate the pelletizing property of fine phosphate rock powder.The green phosphate pellet quality under different grinding fineness,pellet size and moisture conditions and the effect of preheating and roasting parameters on the quality of roasted pellets are investigated.The results show that the static balling index K is significantly different between various kinds of grained phosphate rock powder,and increased grinding fineness raised the stable adsorption water of fine particles then improve their balling performance.Under suitable moisture condition,the green pellets with diameter of 10-30 mm are prepared from mixed fine ground phosphate rock powder(acidity 0.85),the drop number reached more than 4.0/0.5 m and compressive strength above 48 N,which can meet the requirements of pellets producing organization.Due to the relatively lower compressive strength of preheating pellet,static roasting process shall be adopted for the phosphate rock powder pellets,with roasting condition of 1 120-1 150℃and 9-12 min,the compressive strength of phosphate rock pellet can reach more than 850 N by solid phase consolidation,which meets the requirements of yellow phosphorus production in electrical furnace.
