高倍半硅钙质特性的某胶磷矿选矿技术路线设计及实践

摘要
介绍目前主要的胶磷矿分选技术,包括智能光电分选、重介质分选、细粒重选、单一反浮选、直接浮选、双反浮选、正-反(反-正)浮选等,分析其优缺点.针对当前胶磷矿选矿工艺由单一选矿工艺向多工艺耦合过渡,提出一种适合多种类型低品级硅钙质胶磷矿的多工艺耦合梯级分选柔性生产工艺,并结合湖北某磷矿选矿厂设计实践,从总图布置以及各厂房布置进行描述,对今后新建磷矿选矿厂提出建议.
Abstract
The main separation technologies of collophanite are introduced,including intelligent photoelectric separation,heavy medium separation,fine gravity separation,single reverse flotation,direct flotation,double reverse flotation,positive-reverse(reverse-positive)flotation.In view of the transition from single processing process to multi-process coupling,a multi-process coupling step separation flexible production process suitable for various types of low-grade silica-calcareous collophanite is proposed,and combined with the design practice of a phosphate ore concentrator in Hubei province,the general layout and plant layout are described,and some suggestions are put forward for the future construction of phosphate ore concentrators.
