摘要

湿法磷酸副产萃余酸中残留大量的离子杂质并且黏度高,导致其中富含的大量磷资源应用受限.为提高磷矿资源综合利用率、推动磷化工产业转型升级和绿色可持续发展,梳理萃余酸的应用研究,包括制备磷酸铵、聚磷酸铵、磷酸脲、磷酸二氢钾、三聚磷酸钠、饲料级磷酸氢钙,以及在磷矿浮选中的应用;总结典型的萃余酸净化方法.展望未来萃余酸的增值和高效利用,以及萃余酸的净化研究方向.

Abstract

A large amount of ion impurities in residual acid from wet-process phosphoric acid extraction and its high viscosity limit the application of the abundant phosphorus resources in it.To improve the comprehensive utilization rate of phosphate rock resources,promote the transformation and upgrading,green and sustainable development of the phosphorus chemical industry,the application research of residual acid is sorted out,including the preparation of ammonium phosphate,ammonium polyphosphate,urea phosphate,potassium dihydrogen phosphate,sodium tripolyphosphate,feed grade calcium hydrogen phosphate,and their application in phosphate rock flotation;The typical methods for purifying residual acids are summarized.The value-added and efficient utilization,as well as research directions for the purification of residual acids in the future are looked forward.
