工业副产氟硅酸制备高活性氟化钾及其理化性质研究

随着萤石资源日渐减少,磷矿中的氟资源利用价值日益凸显,尤其是在氟化工及新能源领域快速发展的背景下,磷矿石中的氟资源化利用正逐步成为趋势.利用湿法磷酸副产物氟硅酸制备氟化钾,优化工艺条件,并结合SEM、XRD、BET等分析手段对500 t/a氟化钾装置所制备产品进行分析,结果表明氟化钾产品纯度较高,符合HG/T 2829-2008《工业无水氟化钾》一等品指标,同时满足高活性氟化钾要求.
Physicochemical properties of highly active potassium fluoride prepared from industrial by-product fluorosilicic acid
With the decreasing of fluorite resources,the utilization value of fluorine resources in phosphate rock is becoming more and more prominent,especially in the context of the rapid development of fluorine chemical industry and new energy field,the utilization of fluorine resources in phosphate rock is gradually becoming a trend.Fluorosilicic acid,which is a by-product of wet-process phosphoric acid,is used to prepare potassium fluoride,and the process conditions are optimized.The products prepared by the 500 t/a potassium fluoride plant are analyzed by SEM,XRD,BET and other analytical methods.The results show that the purity of the potassium fluoride product is high,meeting the first-class product indicators of HG/T 2829-2008"Industrial Anhydrous Potassium Fluoride",and also meeting the requirements of high activity potassium fluoride.
