Exploration of soil nutrient solution preparation from kitchen waste
The soil nutrient solution which can be used for farmland irrigation is prepared by converting kitchen waste into bacterial dilution solution by microbial hydrolysis technology and then treated by aerobic fermentation. The kitchen waste is poured into the biochemical reaction bin which contains a large number of microorganisms, the microorganisms decomposes the easily decomposed organic matter quickly, and the primary decomposition products is discharged from the biochemical reaction bin with the spray water to form the bacterial dilution solution. The dilution solution is collected in the aeration tank and subjected to low-cost aerobic biological treatment. After aerobic biological treatment, the turbidity, conductivity and microbial count of the bacterial hydrolysate show significant changes, with pH gradually approaching neutrality,COD significantly decreasing, and conductivity significantly increasing. This indicates that aerobic biological treatment enables the organic matter in the bacterial hydrolysate to be fully mineralized and decomposed, releasing mineral elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and various amino acids. The soil nutrient solution obtained by this process meets the requirements of national standard GB 5084-2021 Standard for irrigation water quality.
