Research on production process of sulfur-based calcium magnesium fertilizer with chemical synthesis method based on dolomite and its application effect on apple
Using calcined dolomite mineral powder and sulfuric acid as raw materials, the sulfur-based calcium magnesium fertilizer is directly prepared by chemical synthesis method. The effects of the amount of sulfuric acid, sulfuric acid concentration, the fineness of calcined dolomite powder, reaction temperature, aging time, stirring rate and time on the conversion rate of calcium and magnesium by chemical synthesis are studied, and the products are characterized by X-ray diffraction. The results show that the optimum parameters of chemical synthesis method are as follow:The dosages of sulfuric acid is 120%-140%,w(H2SO4)of sulfuric acid is 64%-68%,calcined dolomite powder with particle size of 0.125-0.150 mm accounts for ≥95%,the reaction temperature is(120±5)℃,aging time is ≥150 min, stirring rate is 150 r/min and stirring time is 3 min.Under these conditions, the conversion rate of calcium and magnesium is more than 90%.The field application results show that on the basis of conventional fertilization, the treatment applied 400-500 g sulfur-based calcium magnesium fertilizer per plant can significantly improve the fruit quality, yield and economic benefits of apples.
