随着新能源产业的崛起,对磷酸的需求量越来越大,半水-二水湿法磷酸生产工艺因经济技术指标优和节能减排效果好已被列入国家绿色发展名录.通过分析半水-二水湿法磷酸工艺的反应机制,提出高位闪冷工艺以降低料浆温度,节约设备成本.同时,分析半水-二水湿法磷酸生产过程中的关键控制点,并创新提出在湿法磷酸生产过程中使用粒径分布仪分析磷石膏结晶特性,对调控半水-二水湿法磷酸装置长期稳定运行具有指导意义.
Analysis of process and key points for crystallization control of WPA production with hemihydrate-dihydrate process
With the rise of new energy industry,the demand for phosphoric acid is increasing.The hemihydrate-dihydrate WPA production process has been included in the national green development list with the good economic and technical indicators and energy-saving and emission reduction effects.By analyzing the reaction mechanism of the hemihydrate-dihydrate WPA process,a high-level flash cooling process is proposed to reduce the slurry temperature and save equipment costs.At the same time,the key control points in the production process of hemihydrate-dihydrate WPA are analyzed,and an innovative approach is proposed to use a particle size distribution analyzer to analyze the crystallization characteristics of phosphogypsum in the WPA production process.This has guiding significance for regulating the long-term stable operation of hemihydrate-dihydrate WPA plants.
