Research progress of sulfur and calcium recovery in phosphogypsum coupled with carbon dioxide capture technology
Phosphogypsum is an industrial waste generated during the wet-process phosphoric acid production,its large accumulation occupies land resources and has a serious impact on the environment.The current status of production and utilization of phosphogypsum is introduced,the research progress of calcium and sulfur recovery in phosphogypsum coupled with carbon dioxide capture related technologies is discussed in detail,including phosphogypsum ammonia method for capturing carbon dioxide,phosphogypsum low-temperature decomposition slag for capturing carbon dioxide,and phosphogypsum composite oxygen carrier enhanced lignite to produce syngas coupled with carbon dioxide capture technology.The aim is to realize the effective recycling of sulfur,calcium and other important resources in phosphogypsum,to reduce the waste of resources and pollution to the environment,and to make positive contributions to the mitigation of the global greenhouse effect and the promotion of sustainable development.
