介绍湿法磷酸生产过程中尾气氟吸收原理以及甘肃瓮福化工有限责任公司半水-二水磷酸装置尾气洗涤系统的运行情况,分析该系统存在的问题,包括尾气总氟排放指标难以持续达到国家排放标准,特别是尘氟指标控制困难;系统管道及设备容易堵塞,清理工作量较大;洗涤吸收不充分,造成氟化物后移;工艺布置及洗涤管道配置不合理.针对系统存在的问题,提出改造方案.技术优化改造实施后,取得了明显效果,吨P205氟硅酸回收量达到4.7 kg,排放尾气中氟达到国标允许排放质量浓度(≤9mg/m3),年产生直接经济利润112.8万元,减少维修费用超过50万元,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益.
Technological transformation of fluorine recovery in tail gas from wet-process phosphoric acid plant
The principle of fluorine absorption in tail gas of wet-process phosphoric acid production,and the operation of tail gas washing system of phosphoric acid plant with hemihydrate-dihydrate process in Gansu Wengfu Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The problems existing in the system are analyzed,including the difficulty in continuously meeting the national emission standards for total fluorine emissions in tail gas,especially the difficulty in controlling dust fluorine emissions;System pipelines and equipment are prone to blockage,requiring a large amount of cleaning work;Insufficient washing and absorption,causing fluoride moving backwards;The process layout and washing pipeline configuration are unreasonable.A renovation plan for the existing problems is proposed.The implementation of technological optimization and transformation has achieved significant effect,with a recovery capacity of 4.7 kg fluorosilicic acid for per ton of P2O5,and exhaust emissions reaching the national standard allowable emission concentration(≤ 9 mg/m3),generating a direct economic profit of 1.128 million RMB Yuan and reducing maintenance cost by over 0.5 million RMB Yuan annually,achieving good economic and social benefits.
