炉渣碱度对VD处理钢洁净度的影响

通过炼钢工业试验研究了精炼炉渣碱度对VD处理的铝脱氧钢洁净度的影响,研究表明:采用碱度1.8~2.5的低碱度渣系,炉渣氧化性较高,VD处理过程钢水Al与炉渣中氧化物反应剧烈,钢中氧含量与夹杂物尺寸控制较差;采用碱度7.0~10.0的高碱度渣系虽能获得超低氧,但钢中大尺寸CaO-MgO-Al2O3、CaO-Al2O3类夹杂物出现率仍然较高;采用碱度3.0~5.0的中碱度渣系钢水夹杂物主要为MgO-Al2O3类,钢中全氧与夹杂物尺寸均能得到良好的控制.
Influence of slag basicity on the cleanness of molten steel with VD vacuum treatment
The influence of slag basicity on the cleanness of molten steel with VD treatment was investigated with industrial trials,and the key control process for high purity was obtained.The results showed that using a lower slag basicity between 1.8 and 2.5,the slag had a higher oxidability.During the VD treatment process,the reaction between molten steel Al and oxides in slag was intense,and the control of oxygen content and inclusion size in the steel was poor.Using high basicity slag between 7.0 and 10.0,the ultra-low oxygen content could be obtained in the steel,but the occurrence rate of large-sized CaO-MgO-Al2O3 and CaO-Al2O3 inclusions in steel was still high.Using the slag basicity between 3.0 and 5.0,a lower oxygen content and smaller size inclusions were obtained in the steel,and the inclusions were mainly consisted of MgO-Al2O3.
