电炉短流程冶炼圆钢热顶锻开裂分析与控制

以张宣科技电炉短流程冶炼圆钢为研究对象,对圆钢热顶锻出现的单条和多条小裂口缺陷、单条和多条细长条状裂口缺陷、多条严重长条裂口缺陷产生原因进行分析,并针对缺陷产生原因对生产工艺进行优化.通过检测分析发现热顶锻单条和多条小裂口缺陷为连铸过程卷入结晶器保护渣导致,单条和多条细长条状缺陷为铸坯气泡缺陷导致,多条严重长条裂口缺陷为铸坯裂纹缺陷导致.根据缺陷产生原因对电炉、LF精炼和连铸冶炼过程进行优化,有效降低了卷渣缺陷、铸坯气泡缺陷和铸坯裂纹缺陷产生,热顶锻合格率明显提高,优化后冶炼过程未发现热顶锻开裂现象,热顶锻合格率接近100%.
Analysis and control of cracking in hot top forging of round steel during short process smelting in EAF
Taking the short process smelting of round steel in the EAF of Zhangxuan Technology as the research object,the causes of single and multiple small crack defects,single and multiple slender crack defects,and multiple severe long crack defects in hot top forging of round steel were analyzed,and the production process based on the causes of defects were optimized.Through inspection and analysis,it was found that the defects of single and multiple small cracks in hot top forging were caused by the entrainment of the mold flux during the continuous casting process.Single and multiple slender strip defects were caused by bubble defects in the casting billet.Multiple severe long crack defects were caused by slab crack defects.Optimization was carried out on the electric furnace,LF refining and continuous casting smelting process based on the causes of defects,which effectively reduced the occurrence of slag entrapment defects,billet bubble defects,and billet crack defects.No hot top forging cracks were found after process optimization,and the qualification rate of hot top forging was significantly improved,which was close to 100%.
