电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铌精矿中铌、锰、钛

采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定铌精矿中铌、锰、钛的含量。选择铌、锰、钛的分析谱线分别为309.418,257.610,334.940 nm。铌、锰、钛的线性范围在1.00~10.00 mg· L-1之间,方法的检出限(3s)在0.010~0.015 mg·L-1之间。方法用于标准样品 B-K1的分析,测定值与认定值一致。加标回收率在94.5%~103%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n =11)在1.4%~2.7%之间。
ICP-AES Determination of Nb,Mn and Ti in Niobium Concentrates
ICP-AES was applied to the determination of Nb,Mn and Ti in niobium concentrates.Analytical spectral lines of 309.418,257.610 and 334.940 nm were chosen for the determination of Nb,Mn and Ti respectively.Linearity ranges for Nb,Mn and Ti found were between 1.00 mg·L-1 and 10.00 mg·L-1 ,with detection limits (3s)in the range of 0.010~0.015 mg·L-1 .The proposed method was applied to the analysis of the B-K1 standard sample,giving results in consistency with the certified values.Values of recovery obtained by standard addition method were found in the range of 94.5%-103% with RSD′s (n=11)in the range of 1.4%-2.7%.
