顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱法快速测定化妆品中5种香料的含量

摘要
提出了顶空-气相色谱-离子迁移谱法快速测定化妆品中丙烯酸乙酯、苧烯、反式-2-庚烯醛、芳樟醇、柠檬醛等 5 种香料含量的方法.取化妆品样品或用水稀释后的化妆品样品,在 80℃下孵化 20 min,顶空进样,在正离子模式,迁移管线性电压 400 V·cm-1,迁移管温度 45℃,迁移气流量 150 mL·min-1 的条件下测定样品中丙烯酸乙酯、苧烯、反式-2-庚烯醛、芳樟醇、柠檬醛等 5 种香料的含量.结果表明,5 种香料标准曲线的线性范围为 0.1~5.0 mg·L-1,检出限(3 S/N)为 0.02~0.05 mg·L-1.方法用于分析 8 批化妆品,检出苧烯和芳樟醇两种香料,检出量为 0.005~352 μg·g-1,与常规气相色谱-串联质谱法检测结果进行对比,相对偏差为-8.6%~10%.
Abstract
A method was proposed for the rapid determination of five fragrances,including ethyl acrylate,limonene,trans-2-heptenal,linalool and citral,in cosmetics by headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry.The cosmetic sample or the cosmetic sample diluted with water was taken,incubated at 80℃for 20 min,and injected into headspace.The five fragrances were determined with mobility tube linear voltage of 400 V·cm-1,mobility tube temperature of 45℃and mobility gas flow rate of 150 mL·min-1 in positive ion mode.As shown by the results,the linear range of the standard curve of the five fragrances was 0.1-5.0 mg·L-1,and detection limits(3S/N)in the range of 0.02-0.05 mg·L-1.This method was used to analyze 8 batches of cosmetics,and limonene and linalool were detected,with the detection amounts of 0.005-352 μg·g-1.Compared with the results of conventional gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,the relative deviation was in the range of-8.6%-10%.
