摘要

生物胺传统的定量分析方法存在着分析时间长、提取效率低、溶剂消耗量大等前处理问题,基于此综述了近十年来快速、精准、绿色的前处理技术(包括分散液液微萃取、固相微萃取、分散固相萃取等)和检测方法的研究进展,并对这些技术的应用前景进行了展望(引用文献 56 篇).

Abstract

The traditional quantitative assay methods of biogenic amines suffer from many pretreatment issues such as long assay time,low extraction efficiency and large solvent depletion.To address these issues,the rapid,accurate and green pretreatment technologies(such as dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction,solid-phase microextraction,and dispersed solid-phase extraction),the subsequent detection methods and their research progress in the past decades were reviewed,and the outlooks on the application prospects of these technologies and methods were also presented(56 ref.cited).
