摘要
荧光光谱法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、检出限低以及操作简单等特点,设计合成特异性识别和检测Zn2+的荧光探针对化学、生物学、临床医学等研究具有十分重要的意义.以近年来文献报道的Zn2+荧光探针为例,综述了基于不同荧光发色基团的Zn2+荧光探针的作用机制、应用与发展前景,为Zn2+荧光探针研究提供了参考(引用文献44篇).
Abstract
Fluorescent spectrometry has the advantages of high sensitivity,good selectivity,low detection limit and convenient operation.Therefore,the design and synthesis of fluorescent probes that specifically recognize and detect Zn2+are of great significance to the research fields of chemistry,biology,and clinical medicine.Taking Zn2+fluorescent probes reported in recent years as examples,the mechanism,application and development prospect of Zn2+fluorescent probes based on different fluorescent chromophores were reviewed,which provided a reference for the study of zinc ion fluorescent probes(44 ref.cited).
