4J36因瓦合金冷轧卷板表面缺陷产生原因

采用宏观观察、扫描电镜和能谱分析、金相检验、X射线衍射分析等方法对4J36因瓦合金冷轧卷板表面热擦疤缺陷进行分析。结果表明:冷轧卷板表面的热擦疤缺陷来源于热轧卷残留的氧化物;热轧卷表面内氧化层中的Fe3O4和FeO等氧化物呈岛状分布在FeNi3中,酸洗后FeNi3呈珊瑚状,导致底部的氧化物无法酸洗干净,冷轧后底部残留的氧化物暴露到表面,形成热擦疤缺陷。
Causes of surface defects of 4J36 invar alloy cold rolled coil
The thermal scratch defects on the surface of 4J36 invar alloy cold rolled coil were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination,X-ray diffraction analysis.The results show that the thermal scratch defect on the surface of cold rolled coil came from the residual oxide of hot rolled coil.The oxides such as Fe3O4 and FeO in the inner oxide layer on the surface of the hot rolled coil were island-like distributed in FeNi3.After pickling,FeNi3 was coral-like,which made the oxides at the bottom unable to be pickled clean.After cold rolling,the residual oxides at the bottom were exposed to the surface,forming thermal scratch defects.
