The application of X-ray detection and analysis technology in cultural relics protection and restoration
X-ray detection and analysis technology was widely used in the field of cultural relic protection and restoration of different materials such as ceramics,paper,metal,and stone.The application examples of X-ray fluorescence analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis,X-ray flaw detection analysis and other technologies in cultural relic protection and restoration research were introduced.
