Hot analysis of cervical cancer therapeutics retrieved from PubMed database
Objective To explore the research hotspots in the field of cervical cancer treatment in PubMed database in the past 5 years,so as to provide valuable clues for the treatment of this disease and future research direction. Methods In PubMed data, the retrieval strategy was(("Uterine Cervical Neoplasms"[Mesh])and"Therapeutics"[Mesh])),and the retrieval time was from Janu-ary 1,2017 to December 31,2021.In addition,BICOMB software was used to extract the high-frequency subject terms of relevant liter-ature,and gCLUTO software was used to conduct co-word clustering analysis on high-frequency subject headings, explore the research hotspots in this field, and draw strategic coordinate map to show the development status and trend of research hotspots. Results A to-tal of 3 622 articles were retrieved,3 547 main and sub-subject terms were extracted, and 43 high-frequency subject terms were screened out.High frequency keywords clustering analysis in five research hot spots Cluster 0 focused on the effect of cervical cancer neoadjuvant chemotherapy after surgery,Cluster 1 focused on the clustering image guided close the effect of radiation to treat cerical cancer,Cluster 2 focused on human papilloma virus(HPV)testing the application effect of self,Cluster 3 focused on the knowledge of HPV vaccine and understanding, and the vaccine inoculation,Cluster 4 focud on the effect of concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of cervical cancer. Conclusion 2017-2021 PubMed database on the treatment of cervical cancer research hot spots are mainly in 5 aspects.Among them, the effect of image-guided brachytherapy for cervical cancer belongs to the core research topic in the field of cervical cancer treatment, the application effect of HPV self-detection and the therapeutic effect of synchronous chemoradiother-apy for cervical cancer belong to the potential research topic, and the knowledge and understanding of HPV vaccine and the vaccination situation of the vaccine belong to the independent research topic. The effect of surgical treatment after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer is a marginal research topic. This study provides a reference for a comprehensive understanding of the international re-search status and development trend in the field of cervical cancer treatment.
