摘要
目的 探讨不同中国冠心病患者最佳抗血小板治疗(OPT-CAD)评分分层冠心病(CAD)患者心肺运动试验(CPET)相关指标的特征.方法 选取自2017 年1 月至2021 年1 月于北部战区总医院接受CPET的1 294 例CAD患者为研究对象.根据OPT-CAD评分将患者分为低危组(0~90 分;n =945)与中高危组(评分≥91 分;n =349).记录并比较两组患者CPET相关指标.结果 两组患者的峰值心率、峰值摄氧量、峰值公斤摄氧量、分钟最大通气量、氧通气当量、二氧化碳通气当量、二氧化碳通气当量斜率、呼吸储备、热身时长比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 不同OPT-CAD评分分层CAD患者的CPET指标存在明显差异,OPT-CAD评分低危的CAD患者心肺功能较好.
Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of cardiopulmonary exercise testing(CPET)related indexes in patients with coro-nary heart disease(CAD)stratified by optimal antiplatelet therapy for Chinese patients with coronary artery disease(OPT-CAD)score.Methods A total of 1 294 CAD patients who received CPET in General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 2017 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the OPT-CAD score,the patients were divided into low-risk group(0-90 points;n =945)and intermediate and high-risk group(score≥91;n =349).CPET related indexes were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences among the two groups in terms of peak heart rate,peak oxygen up-take,peak oxygen uptake per kilogram,maximum minute ventilation,oxygen ventilation equivalent,carbon dioxide ventilation equiva-lent,carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent slope,respiratory reserve,warm-up time(P<0.05).Conclusion There are significant differences in CPET parameters among CAD patients stratified by OPT-CAD score.CAD patients with low-risk OPT-CAD scores have better cardiopulmonary function.
