不同重建方式在18F-AV 1451 PET/MR图像重建中应用价值

目的 探讨不同重建方式在18F-AV 1451 正电子体层发射/核磁共振成像(PET/MR)图像重建中的应用价值。方法 选取北部战区总医院自2021 年3 月至2022 年8 月收治的22 例行18F-AV 1451 PET/MR检查的阿尔茨海默症患者为研究对象。分别采用有序子集最大期望值法(OSEM)、OSEM+飞行时间技术(TOF)、OSEM+点扩散函数(PSF)、OSEM+TOF+PSF方式重建脑部PET图像。记录并比较应用4 种重建方式重建脑部PET图像的对比度、信噪比、标准化摄取值比率(SUVr)。结果 与OSEM比较,OSEM+TOF、OSEM+PSF、OSEM+TOF+PSF在额叶、顶叶、颞叶、枕叶、扣带区的对比度、信噪比、SUVr值均增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 应用TOF与PSF可以提高脑PET图像对比度和信噪比,使SUVr值更准确,联合应用OSEM+TOF+PSF的图像质量更佳。
Application value of different reconstruction methods in 18 F-AV 1451 PET/MR
Objective To investigate the application value of different reconstruction methods in the reconstruction of 18F-AV 1451 PET/MR.Methods A total of 22 patients with Alzheimer's disease who underwent 18F-AV 1451 PET/MR From March 2021 to Au-gust 2022 in General Hospital of Northern Theater Command were selected as the study objects.The brain PET images were reconstruc-ted by ordered subset expectation maximization(OSEM),OSEM+time of flight(TOF),OSEM+point spread function(PSF)and OS-EM+TOF+PSF.The contrast,signal to noise ratio and standardized uptake value ratio(SUVr)of brain PET images reconstructed by four reconstruction methods were recorded and compared.Results Compared with OSEM,OSEM+TOF,OSEM+PSF,OSEM+TOF+PSF increased the contrast,signal to noise ratio and SUVr in frontal,parietal,temporal,occipital and cingulate regions,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TOF and PSF can improve the contrast and sig-nal-to-noise ratio of brain PET image,make SUVr more accurate,and the combined application of OSEM+TOF+PSF has better image quality.
