Meta-analysis of intervention effect of Baduanjin on left ventricular ejection fraction in patients with acute myocardial in-farction
Objective To evaluate the intervention effect of Baduanjin on left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in patients with a-cute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods The randomised controlled studies of the application of Baduanjin published in PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI database and VIP database in AMI patients were searched.The search period was from May 1,2018 to Novem-ber 1,2021.All patients were AMI patients who had undergone percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).The patients were divided into control group and Baduanjin group.The control group received conventional drug treatment or western medicine exercise rehabilita-tion.In Baduanjin group,exercise rehabilitation of Baduanjin was added on the basis of conventional drug treatment.Outcomes included LVEF and N-terminal pro-B type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP).Results A total of 652 patients were included in 7 literatures,in-cluding 322 patients in the control group and 330 patients in the Baduanjin group.Compared with the control group,LVEF was in-creased and NT-proBNP was decreased in Baduanjin group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Baduanjin exercise rehabilitation is beneficial to the cardiac function of AMI patients undergoing PCI.
