摘要
目的 探讨体外加入甲磺酸萘莫司他后血标本不同放置时间对其抗凝强度监测的影响.方法 将联勤保障部队908 医院重症医学科2022 年11 月收治的10 例重症患者设为B组.另将同期于我院体检的10 例健康体检者设为A组.记录并比较两组凝血常规指标,包括纤维蛋白原(FIB)、纤维蛋白原降解产物(FDP)、D-二聚体(DD)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间、抗凝血酶.分别于加药前、加药即刻、加药后40 min、加药后80 min、加药后120 min、加药后160 min、加药后200 min,检测并比较两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)水平.结果 B组FIB、FDP、DD、PT均大于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组加药即刻、加药后40 min、加药后80 min、加药后120 min、加药后160 min、加药后200 min的APTT均长于加药前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组加药后40 min、加药后80 min、加药后120 min、加药后160 min、加药后200 min的APTT均短于加药即刻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).B组加药后160 min、加药后200 min的APTT均长于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 甲磺酸萘莫司他具有体外抗凝作用,并随标本放置时间延长而减弱.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of different placement time of blood samples after adding naphthalmostat mesylate in vitro on the monitoring of its anticoagulation strength.Methods A total of 10 critically ill patients admitted to the Department of Criti-cal Care Medicine of Joint Logistic Support Force 908th Hospital in November 2022 were assigned as Group B.In addition,10 healthy subjects who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were assigned as group A.The two groups of rou-tine coagulation parameters were recorded and compared,including fibrinogen(FIB),fibrinogen degradation products(FDP),D-dimer(DD),prothrombin time(PT),thrombin time and antithrombin.The levels of activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)of the two groups were detected and compared before,immediately,40 minutes,80 minutes,120 minutes,160 minutes and 200 minutes,respec-tively.Results FIB,FDP,DD and PT in group B were higher than those in group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).APTT of the two groups immediately,40 minutes,80 minutes,120 minutes,160 minutes and 200 minutes after administra-tion was longer than that before administration,with statistical significance(P<0.05).APTT of 40 minutes,80 minutes,120 minutes,160 minutes and 200 minutes after addition were shorter than those immediately after addition in both groups,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).APTT of group B was longer than that of group A at 160 minutes and 200 minutes after administra-tion,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Naproxat mesylate has anticoagulant effect in vitro,which decreases with the time of specimen placement.
