摘要
对导致电极产生裂缝及影响电极电性能的各种因素进行了实验。结果表明:处理钛基体时以HCl、H2C2O4为好,溶剂要有适当的粘性,热氧化温度控制在400~500℃间比较适宜,添加元素的离子半径应和Ru4+、Ti4+相差不大且晶型相同。对于添加元素的离子半径与Ru4+、Ti4+相差较大,且晶型不相同的元素应控制加入量。此外采用梯度涂制法也可以减小电极涂层的裂缝。
Abstract
Experiments on various factors which leading to cracks on the coating and affecting dectrochemical properties of electrodes were carried out. According to the experiments, the improved dectrodes could be obtained under the following conditions:the pretreatment of Ti substrate with HCl or H2C2O4, the solvents with appropriate viscosity, the 400~500℃ heating temperature, the additive elements with the same ionic radius and crystal class as Ru4+、Ti4+ . If the ionic radius and the crystal class of the additive elements were different from Ru4+、Ti4+, the amount of them should be controlled. Furthermore, the gradient method can also reduce the cracks in the electrodes.
