Research and application of temperature control for each electrolytic cell separately
The impact of cell temperature on cell voltage,ion-exchange membrane current efficiency,and safe operation was introduced.The principle and process flow of temperature control for electrolytic cells were given.The operation mode of controlling temperature separately for each cell was proposed.After controlling the temperature of each electrolytic cell separately,the total process electricity consumption decreased by 5 032.23 kW·h/d,producing CNY 601 551.2 of economic benefits per year.
