Analysis of accidents that occurred after zero-gap modification of electrolytic cells
After the zero-gap modification of electrolytic cells,the operating current density increased.This posed a safety risk to the electrolysis system.Two accidents that occurred at Jinchuan Group Chemical New Materials Co.,Ltd.were introduced.It was proposed that the operational precision of operators should be enhanced,the installation process of electrolytic cells should be strengthened,in order to ensure the safe and stable operation of electrolytic cells.
