摘要

概述氯气液化原理.简介工艺改进情况.在原氯分配台与液化器之间增加1个列管换热器,使尾氯与原氯进行间接换热,充分利用了尾氯冷量,降低了原氯温度,减小了压缩机运行负荷.改进后,每年可节约费用 154 416 元.

Abstract

The principle of chlorine liquefaction was outlined.The process improvement was introduced.One tubular heat exchanger was added between the original chlorine distribution table and the liquefier to facilitate indirect heat exchange between the tail chlorine and the original chlorine.The cooling capacity of tail chlorine was fully utilized so that the original chlorine temperature lowered and the operating load of compressor reduced.The improvement brought an annual cost savings of CNY 154 416.
