摘要

江苏索普新材料科技有限公司离心式氯气压缩机原来缸体下的排污阀为常闭阀.机组长期运行过程中气封室磨损后,润滑油渗出,进入氮气密封室.润滑油泄漏出的污油没有及时排放,泄漏到机组内腔,影响设备运行.对离心式氯气压缩机的排污系统进行改进设计,在压缩机两端分别设油污排放分离罐,既避免了污油进入设备,又可以有效地收集污油,保障了设备的稳定性.

Abstract

At Jiangsu Sopo New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd.,the discharge valve under the original cylinder body of the centrifugal chlorine gas compressor was a normally closed valve.During the long-term operation of the unit,the gas seal chambers have worn,resulting in that lubricating oil seeped out and entered the nitrogen seal chamber.The leaked dirty lubricating oil was not discharged in a timely manner and leaked into the internal cavity of the unit,affecting the operation of the equipment.The design of the sewage system of the centrifugal chlorine gas compressor was improved,i.e.installing dirty oil discharge and separation tanks at both ends of the compressor.This way not only prevented dirty oil from entering the equipment,but also effectively collected dirty oil,ensuring the stability of the equipment.
