摘要

通过对试验获得的TAIC产品气相含量、液相含量、色度和酸值4个控制指标进行对比分析,确定了收率为90%的最佳原料配比及反应条件.原料的质量比为:m(异氰尿酸三钠)∶m氯丙烯)∶m(催化剂)∶m(脱水剂)∶m(溶剂)=100∶130∶2.4∶1∶300;反应温度控制在95 ℃.

Abstract

By comparing and analyzing the four control indicators of gas phase content,liquid phase content,chromaticity,and acid value of TAIC products obtained from experiments,the optimal raw material ratio and reaction conditions with a yield of over 90%were determined.The mass ratio of raw materials was m(trisodium isocyanurate)∶m(allyl chloride)∶m(catalyzer)∶m(dehydrating agent)∶m(solvent)=100∶130∶2.4∶1∶300.The reaction temperature was controlled at 95 ℃.
