摘要

分析电解槽加酸的必要性.提出优化加酸工艺办法:设置单台槽酸度实时监控流程,增加盐酸调节串级系数输入限制条件,规范管理酸度调节.改进后,提升了槽进出口酸度指标控制水平,装置安全平稳运行.

Abstract

The necessity to add acid to electrolytic cells is analyzed.The optimization of acid addition method are proposed:real-time monitoring of the acidity of a single cell,adding restrictions on the input of hydrochloric acid adjustment cascade coefficients,and management standardization of the acidity adjustment.After the process optimization,the control level of acidity index at the inlet and outlet of the cells is improved,and the device operates safely and steadily.
