The characteristics and hazards of liquid chlorine is briefly described.This article provides a detailed introduction to the safety issues that exist during the storage,transportation,and filling process of liquid chlorine in the liquid chlorine filling station of chlor-alkali system.The safety control technology for liquid chlorine storage,transportation,and filling is improved.The long-distance safe transportation technology and quantitative safe filling technology of liquid chlorine are applied to the production system.After the improvement,the risk of liquid chlorine leakage is prevented,meeting the relevant requirements of the chlor-alkali industry safety production standards for liquid chlorine filling and transportation,achieving the expected results,realizing the intrinsic safety of the liquid chlorine storage,transportation and filling process.
