摘要

双氧水废水具有高CODcr、低B/C、可生化性差的特点,采用芬顿-MBBR组合工艺对其进行处理.试验结果表明:当H2O2投加量为4 mL/L,H2O2/Fe2+物质量的比为2时,芬顿-MBBR组合工艺对双氧水废水有良好的CODcr去除效果.芬顿预处理后,B/C由0.11提高到0.47,在连续进水条件下CODcr去除率为77.7%,生化单元出水CODcr质量浓度小于500 mg/L.

Abstract

Hydrogen peroxide wastewater has the characteristics of high CODcr,low B/C and poor biodegradability.The wastewater was treated by Fenton catalytic oxidation-MBBR combined process.The results showed that when H2O2 dosage was 4 mL/L and H2O2/Fe2+molar ratio was 2,the Fenton catalytic oxidation-MBBR combined process had a good COD removal effect on hydrogen peroxide wastewater.After the wastewater was pretreated by Fenton catalytic oxidation,the B/C ratio of the wastewater increased from 0.11 to 0.47.The CODcr removal rate reached 77.7%and the CODcr concentration out of biological treatment unit subjected to continuous feed was less than 500 mg/L.
