Exploratory research on behavioral safety observation and personnel safety
Behavioral safety observation and communication were implemented. The purpose and significance of behavioral safety observation were grasped. The system model was continuously optimized.The management reasons were analyzed deeply to find out the weaknesses behind the management and to improve them. Through the analysis results of 11 dimensions, such as managers at all levels, the distribution of behavior nature, and the number of observation contents, the problem can be effectively fed back, so as to guide employee behavior in reverse and reduce accidents (near misses) caused by unsafe behaviors and habitual illegalities.
