Improvement in start-up operation of hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace
The main causes of the burst of explosion-proof disk during the start-up of the hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace are analyzed.Measures to optimize ignition are introduced.The vent valve of exhaust gas absorption tower is opened late,in order to replace all explosive mixed gases in the equipment.The vent valve for the exhaust gas absorption tower is opened under positive pressure.These measures effectively avoid the occurrence of explosion-proof disk burst accidents.
