When packaging flake caustic soda,a vibrating conveyor is used for vibration feeding.The vibrating conveyor malfunctions frequently and there is a large amount of dust at the feeding port of the packaging machine,affecting safety production.A double spiral convey and packaging integrated machine are used to replace the vibration conveyor and the semi-automatic packaging machine.The advantages of the integrated machine in flake caustic soda packaging are introduced.The problems and solutions during trial operation are summarized.
