The reasons that displayed value of the alkaline flow meter equipped in the ion exchange membrane electrolysis tank is lower than the practical value are analyzed.The reasons include electromagnetic interference,failure of safety instrument system controller,flow meter ungrounding,unproper installation of flow meter,and others.Corresponding technical improvement measures are proposed.After implementation of these measures,faults can be quickly and effectively eliminated.
