The current energy consumption situation of Inner Mongolia Yili Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.is introduced.The energy-saving renovation measures that the company plans to adopt is provided,including implementing energy efficiency benchmarking,adjusting energy and product structure,improving insulation facilities,lowering boiler exhaust temperature,recovering waste heat from molten salt furnace exhaust gas,recovering and utilizing waste heat from hydrogen chloride synthesis tower,and recovering calcium carbide slurry.The expected economic benefits are separately calculated.
