简述氯气处理系统的基本工艺.根据氯气处理过程涉及的相关设备及其工作原理,重点分析影响氯气压力波动的原因有:电解电流波动,设备管道积水,洗涤塔、干燥塔液位异常,设备故障,人为原因.给出处理措施.
Abstract
The basic process of chlorine gas treatment system is described.Based on the relevant equipment and working principles involved in the chlorine gas treatment process,the reasons that affect the chlorine gas pressure fluctuation are mainly analyzed.The reasons include the fluctuation of electrolysis current,water accumulation in pipelines,abnormal liquid levels of washing tower and drying tower,equipment malfunction,and human factors.Handling measures are provided.
