烟气与烧碱制备碳酸钠生产技术研究与实践

摘要
结合传统纯碱生产工艺,通过分析检测烟气排放数据,论证分析烟气与烧碱制备碳酸钠工艺可行性与经济性,并形成技术方案和工艺包.建设1套4万t/a碳酸钠生产装置,利用自产的烧碱与锅炉排放的烟气吸收反应制备碳酸钠溶液,实现碳酸钠自产自用.项目实施后装置连续化、自动化稳定运行,可减少二氧化碳排放1.6万t/a,节约生产成本500万元/a,环保效益与经济效益可观.
Abstract
Combined with traditional soda ash production processes,and by analyzing the detection data of emitted flue gas,the feasibility and economy of a process of preparing sodium carbonate from flue gas and caustic soda are demonstrated and analyzed.A technical plan and process package are formed.A 40-kt/a sodium carbonate production plant are built.This plant prepares sodium carbonate solution through the absorption reaction of self-produced caustic soda and flue gas discharged from boilers,achieving self production and self use of carbonate.The plant continuously,automatically and stably operates,reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 160 kt/a,saves production costs of 5 million yuan/a,achieving significant environmental and economic benefits.
