介绍金川集团化工公司的氯碱和聚氯乙烯生产装置及管理系统.给出安全生产信息化平台的总体框架和系统布置方式.用数字化、信息化、智慧型的管理手段强化现场管理,达到管控到位的目的;数据真实可靠,便于隐患的消缺,统计、分析及管理;规避了监控人员管理不及时、问题处置不到位的弊端.
Abstract
The production plant and management system for chlor-alkali and polyvinyl chloride in Jinchuan Group Chemical Co.,Ltd.are introduced.The overall framework and layout of the safety production information platform are provided.On-site management is strengthened by digital,information-based,and intelligent management methods to achieve effective control.The data is true and reliable,facilitating the elimination,statistics,analysis,and management of hidden dangers.The drawbacks of untimely management and inadequate problem resolution by monitoring personnel are avoided.
