摘要
离子膜法烧碱装置中供电系统开关柜在长期高温运行中,电线接头材料老化、锈蚀、松动等原因易造成接触不良、温度升高、接触电阻增大,导致性能下降.针对以上问题,引进了开关柜在线测温监控系统,确保电力系统的安全、稳定运行.
Abstract
The switchgear of power supply system for ion-exchange membrane caustic soda device long-term operates at high temperature.The wire joints deteriorate,are rusted,and loosen,therefore are prone to poor contact,temperature rise,increased contact resistance,and performance degradation.In response to the above issues,an online temperature measurement and monitoring system for switchgear is introduced in order to ensure safe and stable operation of the power system.
