摘要
单台氯气吸收塔生产工艺存在氯气外逸、碱液浪费等安全隐患.将单塔工艺改为除害塔双塔并联工艺,可以杜绝氯气泄漏,同时兼顾次氯酸钠生产的自动化水平,保证了系统的安全、环保、长周期运行.
Abstract
There are safety hazards such as chlorine gas leakage and waste of alkaline solution in the production process of a single chlorine absorption tower.The single tower process is changed to a double tower parallel process.After the renovation,chlorine gas leakage can be eliminated.The automation level of sodium hypochlorite production is also taken into account.Therefore,the safety,environmental protection,and long-term operation of the system is ensured.
