Transformation of three-effect evaporation technology for hazardous waste incineration system
The factors affecting production and operation of brine three-effect evaporation were sorted out from the aspects of process design,equipment configuration,operation and others.The problems in the operation of three-effect evaporator during the chemical hazardous waste incineration process were analyzed and solved.The equipment was replaced to solve the problems of low centrifugal discharge capacity and insufficient discharge pump capacity.Diluted salt water was introduced at the position prone to salt formation to prevent the deposition and blockage of large amounts of crystalline salt.Oil separation pipelines were added and thus the entry of high oil content saline wastewater into the furnace was reduced.
