摘要
改造事故氯处理装置和废氯气吸收装置,实现废氯气和事故氯独立处置,不仅解决了氯碱生产及氯乙酸生产中的废气处理问题,而且将废氯气回收转化为用途广泛的次氯酸钠产品,具有较好的经济效益.给出废氯气处理操作注意事项.
Abstract
The accident chlorine treatment equipment and the waste chlorine absorption equipment are renovated and thus independent disposal of waste chlorine and accident chlorine is achieved.The renovation not only solves the problem of waste gas treatment in chlor-alkali production and in chloroacetic acid production,but also recovers and converts waste chlorine gas into a widely used sodium hypochlorite product,producing economic benefits.The precautions in handling waste chlorine gas are provided.
