Exploration of extending the operating cycle of hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace
Severe salt deposition in the burner leads to frequently shutdown hydrogen chloride synthesis furnace to clean the burner,affecting safety production.In order to extend the operating cycle of the synthesis furnace and to achieve safe and stable operation of the caustic soda system,various methods are explored to reduce the salt deposition in the synthesis furnace burner.The experimental results show that reducing caustic soda content in hydrogen and adding an online cleaning device for the burner have better effects.
