摘要
对化工装置用磁力泵的安全使用提出了建议:改变电流的运行和报警逻辑,增设磁力泵第二层保护,安装磁力泵泄漏监测装置,在外磁钢磁块外部包覆一层保护套,在磁力泵出口设置回流管线.
Abstract
Suggestions are made for the safe use of magnetic pumps in chemical plants.These suggestions include changing the logical relationship between the operating value and alarm value of the current,adding a second layer of protection for the magnetic pump,installing a leakage monitoring device for the magnetic pump,wrapping a protective sleeve on the outside of the external magnetic steel magnet block,and setting up a reflux pipeline at the outlet of the magnetic pump.
