根据液氯钢瓶防震胶圈的结构特性和拆装要求,设计了一种基于机械传动和自动控制的胶圈拆装机.该设备采用PLC进行自动控制,提高了拆装效率和安全性.
Abstract
A rubber ring disassembly and assembly machine based on mechanical transmission and au-tomatic control was designed according to the structural characteristics and disassembly and assembly re-quirements of the shock-absorbing rubber ring for liquid chlorine cylinders.The machine is automatically controlled by PLC,improves the efficiency and safety of disassembly and assembly.
