摘要
介绍某氯碱企业中央控制室的抗暴改造.通过采用安全检查表法对拟建的中央控制室与厂内周边相邻设施的防火间距、中央控制室的耐火等级及防火分区及抗爆相关的要求开展风险分析,并提出安全措施及建议,从而降低潜在的火灾或爆炸风险性,使其安全条件满足安全生产要求.
Abstract
The explosion-proof renovation of the central control room of a chlor-alkali enterprise is introduced.A risk analysis is conducted by using the safety checklist method on the fire separation distance between the proposed central control room and the adjacent facilities within the factory,on the fire resistance rating,fire zoning and explosion resistance requirements of the central control room.Safety measures and suggestions are proposed.Thus the potential risk of fire or explosion is reduced,and the safety conditions meet the requirements of safe production.
