Treatment methods for volatile gases and odorous gases in wastewater treatment plants of chlor-alkali enterprises
The process principles are studied of different treatment methods,including acid washing,alkali washing,UV photocatalytic oxidation,and activated carbon adsorption,for volatile gases and odorous gases in wastewater treatment plants of chlor-alkali enterprises.The waste gas treatment process adopted by a certain chlor-alkali enterprise is analyzed.This process can achieve the standard of exhaust emissions,but has the disadvantages of high waste gas treatment cost and short continuous operation time.The process is optimized.The optimized process ensures safe,stable,and efficient operation of the system,and achieves an annual savings of 61 999 yuan in operating costs.
